Technology: The main technology in production process is casting. During the process, we use whole quenching and tempering, then surface hardening. Through this process, the hardness of our CKE2500G track shoe will be better.

3. Some tips of maintenance in daily using
1) Avoid too high speed or operate too quickly during working.
If Kobelco CKE2500G machine operate too quick, it would issue lead to accelerated wear of the CKE2500G track shoe, pin and bushing, and even lead to cracking of these parts.
2) Avoid overload when working, and it's better to avoid drive too long distances, it will shorten the service life of it and even cause safety accidents.
