Brief Instruction for Track Roller
Track roller is one of items of undercarriage parts for crawler crane, it can support weight of equipment.
At the same time, the track roller can keep crane going forward along itself.
The track roller is composed of body, shaft ,bushing, cover cap and related components.
The Major Processes
General Speaking , the material of body is 50Mn or 40Mn2. Major process is casting or forging , the second process is machine operation , finally process is heat treatment . The hardness of surface quenching should be HRC52-58 to increase the wear resistance of roller surface . The machining precision of shaft is high , it need machining by CNC machine to satisfy requirements.
