Delivery for Manitowoc 16000 Track Roller Assy and Top Roller Assy
At Feb.22nd, 2021, the track roller and top roller assy for Manitowoc 16000, 440ton crawler crane, were finished, and after 2 days of inspection, they were all qualified. And the rollers were shipped out at the end of February.
Let’s take a look how we packed these rollers.
Frist, let’s confirm the quantity of rollers. There are 24 pieces M16000 lower roller body, pins and 48 pieces lower roller washer, 8 pieces M16000 upper Roller body, 4 pieces pin and 8 pieces upper roller washer.
About the roller body: lubricating oil paper is attached to both sides of the rollers to prevent rust.
All M16000 bottom roller bodies were packed in 3 twolayer packages. Each gross weight is 1570kg and volume is 0.8CBM.
The 24pcs M16000 track roller pins were packed in one plywood case, total gross weight is 1269kg and volume is 0.45CBM.
The 48pcs bottom roller washer, 8pcs M16000 Carrier roller bodies, 16pcs washer and 8pcs pins were packed in one pallet. Total gross weight is 415kg, 0.3CBM.
Total 5packages, gross weight 6165kg.
Customer is expected to receive the goods on March 28, 2021, and we are look forward to receiving the working photos from customer.
