How can we produce Undercarriage Parts For Link Belt LS108B for our customer?
The Track Pad, lower roller, top roller, tread sprocket, drive sprocket, idler, drive chain for Link belt LS108B Crawler Crane were sent to our customer this month, shipment date is February 16, 2021.
It took 2 weeks to confirm all size of these parts. We are very grateful to our customer for their patience and care in this process, which gave us a lot of encouragement.
Now Now we are happy to share this process with you.
In November 7,2020, it is Saturday, we received the email from our customer, he said that them LS108B crawler crane need the new undercarriage replacement. Email as follows:
Our engineers begun to check this parts as soon as got this email, and found out this machine should be made in 1970’s, too old, maybe the customer has changed it to new undercarriage frame, so, the engineers said we need some photos and manuals of undercarriage parts being used.
Then we emailed to our customer and got reply very soon, emails as follows,
Our engineer found out the undercarriage being used is same with manual, and the parts no. in the manual is same with us, except idler. Then our engineers made the drawings for customer to confirm.
Our customer checked all sizes and said that the machine is working now, and they will confirm all size within 10 days.
Finally we got the email from customs in Nov.21, 2021, and our engineers found out that some size are contradict each other, so, we sent the size that need to be confirm again to customer.
On Nov.25, we got the reply from customer, and send the price to them. After confirm the material, lead time, payment terms, the P.O. was sent to us on Dec.4,2020.
All parts were finished on Jan.11, 2021. Our delivery department send all parts to port on Jan.20 after finishing inspection.
